Some of our products — including selected T-shirts, embroidered items, and prints — are made to order, while others are ready to ship. Because of this, if your order contains a mix of products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Order Processing

Made-to-order items generally take around 5 business days to be produced before they're dispatched.

Ready-to-ship items will be sent as quickly as possible from our fulfilment locations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Packaging

Depending on where your order is fulfilled, your parcel may arrive in simple, unbranded packaging. This is intentional and helps us reduce unnecessary waste while getting your order to you safely.

From time to time, we also offer free shipping promotions, which will always be clearly displayed on our website.
