Returns, Exchanges & Faults Policy

At Not That Sporty, we want you to love your order. Please read the below carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or preference changes, including:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Colour or style preference changes

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law. Under UK and Australian consumer law, customers are entitled to remedies where products are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.-

Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can vary, so we offer size exchanges where stock is available.

To request a size exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under UK Consumer Rights laws and Australian Consumer Guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund where a product has a genuine fault.

Return Conditions

Unless the item is faulty:
- Items must be returned in original condition
