FAQ's, Shipping & Guides.
Made to Order?
Yup! That's right, because we are a small business, we're operating on a made-to-order basis and holding a small amount of stock.
We're working to change this as we grow, so if you have ordered multiple products, they might arrive in different packages.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email Where do you source your products?
We source our garments from a few different places depending on the style, fit, and finish we're after. A lot of our blanks come from Stanley/Stella and Bella+Canvas, both known for their premium quality garments and strong focus on ethical and sustainable manufacturing.
We also work with a handful of local UK suppliers and embroidery specialists to help bring everything together properly.
Our printing partner uses vegan, eco-friendly, OEKO-TEX® certified inks that are free from harmful toxins and safe for both adults and children. They also operate with plastic-free packaging and sustainable production practices.
And... we're currently in the process of manufacturing some very exciting pieces with our own suppliers too. Lucky for us, Britt still has a few supplier contacts left over from her fashion world days.
Shipping
We currently ship primarily with Royal Mail.
We know international shipping, especially to places like Australia and New Zealand, can be a bit pricier than ideal, and we completely get that. We're actively working on bringing those costs down as we continue to grow.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email.

How do I take care of my garments?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Wash inside out at 30°C
- Do not iron directly onto printed areas
- Avoid tumble drying where possible
- Wash with similar colours
A little extra care goes a long way.
So... who's actually sporty here?
Truthfully? Sam.
Sam grew up properly sports obsessed. Britt grew up pretending PE lessons didn't exist and still doesn't fully understand cricket scoring.
So naturally, starting a sports-inspired clothing brand together made complete sense.
Not That Sporty was built somewhere between Sam's love for sport culture and Britt's background in fashion, branding, and saying "that would look better oversized."
It's basically for people who love the vibe of sport, whether they actually play it or just enjoy a good pub garden during Wimbledon season.
